Build Process

Initial on-site meeting

This is usually a thirty minute - one hour meeting going over details of what you are looking for in your new pool and taking measurements of the build site

Plan design

Following the on-site meeting our team will design a custom plan tailored to your choices and build-site.  

Pricing

Once the plan design has been completed we will begin working on pricing

Contract

Once pricing has been agree upon we will prepare and sign the contract to get started

Permitting & Dig Test

Once the contract has been signed we will begin the permitting process and call for a dig test to locate where underground lines are located

Layout and Excavation

Once permitting has been approved we will have a dig date where the excavation company will layout and dig the pool

Steel

Once excavation has been completed rebar will be installed

Electrical Bonding

Once steel has been installed the electric contractor will install a copper bonding wire around the pool.

Inspection

Inspector will check the bonding wire

Plumbing

Plumbing will be installed

Gunite

Once plumbing is installed we will be ready for gunite

Tile and coping

The tile and coping you selected will then be installed

Electric

Electric will be run to the equipment

Flat-work

Flatwork will be formed up and ready for inspection

Inspection

Inspection will be done to approve steel and bonding wires are in place

Flat-work Pour

Flat-work will be poured

Plaster & Fill

Plaster will be installed and depending on material will be filled immediately or the next day

Brush and Balance Chemicals

Brushing will begin to help with the curing of the plaster and chemicals will be added to balance water

Final Inspection

Inspection will be done to make sure pool is complete and fencing has been installed

Pool School

A pool school will be scheduled on how to operate  and maintain your new pool

Swim

Enjoy your new pool and start making memories
